As the History Man I specialise in writing carefully researched books for children and for the adult market. My military biography of Adolf Hitler has recently been completed to critical acclaim and my children’s book on the blood-chilling Roman arena games in “100 Things you should know about Gladiators” shows that even the most difficult subject matter can be presented in a suitable format for children.
I have produced books on a wide range of historical subjects, often providing the photographs, maps and illustrations that are needed to make the book a commercial success.
I can provide historically accurate illustrations to accompany the text. All maps are carefully checked for accuracy and are produced in clear, easily understood detail with scales and legends. Finally, I maintain a photo library of historic sites across Europe. Photos are stored digitally and as prints. And I can provide exhaustive references and advice on artworks.
